At Cold Rise Bread Company we cold rise focaccia buns for 3 days. Add salt, rosemary and evoo and bake. The specialty buns have cheese curds embedded deep in the bun prior to baking.

We are currently offering breakfast sandwiches. The classic is a baked egg patty with cheese and avocado relish  on our focaccia bun. The second is the baked egg patty with smoked salmon  served on our focaccia bun with the avocado relish. Customize this sandwich with a fried egg or add a hash brown patty.

The 2” crust is left to cold rise for 3 days. Ingredients are embedded in the crust with oil, salt and cheese curds and pre-baked. Then the tomato sauce is added with shredded mozzarella and extra old cheese then baked some more. Available ingredients include: Red onion, green pepper and green olives. The result is a rectangle deep dish pizza 14” x 9” sliced into 8 squares!
